TEQUILLA SUNRISE

Ingredients:

• 4 oz orange juice
• 2 oz tequila
• 1/2 oz grenadine
• Orange slice for garnish
• Maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation:

1. Pour the tequila and the orange juice into a highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Stir.
3. Slowly pour the grenadine around the inside edge of the glass, it will sink and slowly rise to mix with the other ingredients naturally.
4. Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.

The Original Tequila Sunrise

• 1 1/2 ounces tequila
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• Club soda
• 3/4 ounce creme de cassis
• Lime wheel and maraschino cherry for garnish

1. Pour the tequila and lime juice into a collins glass filled with ice.
2. Fill with club soda.
3. Pour the creme de cassis into the drink (it will sink to the bottom).
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and cherry.
